The PLS is only available to licensed real estate agents and you must enter a valid BRE Number and state where you are licensed.

Once a member you can navigate the PLS much in the same way you would the MLS. As a listing agent simply click "Add Listing" and fill out the necessary fields. You can choose whether the address and price will be viewable or not. You can drag and drop images from your computer and publish without uploading any documents. It is uncomplicated and straightforward.

The PLS does not require a signed listing agreement or stipulate any uploading of documents to the site.

As a buyers agent you will find intuitive and simple search criteria. Simply click the type of property, state, county and city you wish to search and count the results.

Use a map or radius search, add a “Hotsheet” and refine your criteria as needed. Hold command to search multiple cities at once. Add properties to a “Watchlist,” save your searches and see new listings added in real time on the PLS newsfeed.
